Designed for the modern home, it’s virtually odorless, low-VOC, and biocidally protected for long-term freshness.
Engineered for durability, our paint offers broad-spectrum microbial resistance, hydrophobic technology for easy cleaning, and an exceptionally smooth application. The result is a breathable, luxurious finish that stands the test of time, perfect for homes, hotels, and commercial interiors alike.
Important Information

Type: Premium Water-Based Acrylic Emulsion (Matte Finish)
VOC Content: Less than 50 g/L (Low-VOC / Odorless)
Coverage: 454–531 sq. ft per gallon per coat (120–140 sq.ft per liter)
Recommended Coats: 1–2
Dry Time: 2–3 hours between coats
Application Method: Roller (recommended)
Thinning: Up to 30–40% with clean water *Not required
Cleaning: Wash all tools and equipment with water after use
Maximum Dilution: 40% for best stain-repellent properties
Do Not Store: Diluted paint for more than 1 day
