Cancellation policy

You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days, so the sooner you reach us, the better.

To cancel, email support@jaxandhue.com with your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and refund your original payment method in full.

Once an order has shipped, we can’t cancel it. You can still return unopened gallons under our Return Policy. Color Testers are final sale.

We don’t offer subscriptions or pre-orders.
